The villa is surrounded by terraces and mature gardens. On the ground floor level there are two bedrooms, the master has a superking bed and en-suite bathroom and the second has two single beds and a bathroom across the hallway. Both have French windows opening onto terraces. The kitchen and dining and sitting room are on this floor and again have French windows opening onto the terraces. The lower ground floor has two bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom and with French windows opening onto the terrace. One has a superking bed and a small fridge and the second bedroom has twin beds. There is an outside staircase leading from the main house to the lower bedrooms.
